If I can do it, YOU can do it! (A fixer upper story)

Two years ago my wife and I felt it was time to move mostly because we had a ton of equity in our home and wanted to capitalize on it. It wasn't the sellers market we are in today but we were able to get top dollar for our house which set us up to start a new adventure. An adventure that would lead us into quite a few unknowns one being a project that would stretch and challenge me like never before. We bought a fixer upper. Not just any fixer upper but we did what all the experts say you should do. We bought the worst house in one of the best neighborhoods. I did most of the work DIY so instead of describing the work to you I'm going to leave most of the "descriptions" for another day andI'm just going to show you pictures and let them speak for themselves. I really want you to see that while I might not be a professional contractor or tradesman, it is possible to get the job done if you just have some vision, learn from others and don't be afraid to step out and try something. I recently got my real estate license and am working full time in that field but our vision is to someday build a company that flips properties. That is the goal. *Two Disclaimers - First, I wish I could show you all of the work but its just too many pictures. Second, while all of the big projects are mostly complete, there are still more projects to finish up. So this isn't a finished product. But it's somewhat close.
